A full circle moment today as my former principal Dr. Miller stopped by Saddleback with a coffee surprise. Years ago, he took a chance on me as a brand new assistant principal on his team, and I’ll always be grateful for his mentorship, support, and belief in me. It’s funny how life works — now we’re both on our own professional journeys, and I have the privilege of leading my own school while still learning from leaders like him. A great reminder of the power of relationships and staying connected long after leaving a school site. #fridaythoughts
