KAISER Team Worldwide – Developing Business in Japan 🇯🇵 As part of travel activities to Tokyo and Yokohama, our Business Development Manager, Oliver Schramm, visited our long-standing sales representatives of MUNETAKA BIENNE in Japan earlier this month.   🎯 The visit included several days of strategic and in-depth business discussions, as well as meetings with automotive customers. At MUNETAKA’s headquarters, the focus was on expanding DR. KAISER’s footprint in Japan, reviewing forecast figures, and promising new projects across a wide range of industries.   ⚙️ Our Japanese customers highly value the exceptional tool life and outstanding precision of DR. KAISER’s dressing and grinding products. This was particularly evident at a local car and truck manufacturer, who relies on electroplated gear dressers to consistently meet its demanding quality standards.   🤝 Despite the advantages of modern communication technologies, the trip once again demonstrated that in-person meetings cannot be fully replaced by video calls.
