After speaking with many incredible people in our search for the right fit, we knew we'd found our person — confirmed over a hamburger and a beer a few weeks ago. Alvaro Echeverria is someone we've known and worked alongside for over eight years. He's an extraordinary entrepreneur who has overcome real obstacles on his journey as CEO and Co-Founder of SimpliRoute — and we've had a front-row seat to it all as early investors in his company. Watching him lead through every type of adversity (family, lack of cash, all things that happen on the rollercoaster of life as a founder) has only deepened our conviction in him as an operator, and more importantly, as a person. Alvaro brings the experience of opening the Mexican market from scratch. He has not just opened it; he has made it the largest market for Simpliroute.
