🚨 ServiceNow Opportunity – Lead ITAM Technical Consultant (HAM/SAM) 🚨 We're looking for a Lead ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) for a long-term engagement supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). šŸ“ Location: Remote (U.S. Based) šŸ“… Start Date: August 15, 2026 šŸ“… Initial End Date: Expected Extension into 2027 ā° Hours: 32–40 hours/week 🚫 WAR: Not Available šŸ”¹ Key Responsibilities: • Lead SAM/HAM technical delivery activities • Provide expert guidance and story refinement support • Configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform during sprint cycles • Mentor Platform Administrators and adjacent developers • Support customer demonstrations and change management initiatives • Serve as the Lead SAM Technical Consultant across the engagement šŸ”¹ Requirements: • Strong ServiceNow ITAM experience with both HAM and SAM • U.S. Citizen working on U.S. soil • Public Trust Tier 4 Clearance (or willingness to obtain) • Ability to complete VA onboarding requirements, including background investigation, fingerprinting, training, and onsite appointments as required • Active CSA and CAD certifications preferred āš ļø Please note: VA onboarding typically takes 2–3 months and includes issuance of a VA PIV card, government-furnished equipment, and access to the VA environment.
