šØ ServiceNow Opportunity ā Lead ITAM Technical Consultant (HAM/SAM) šØ We're looking for a Lead ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) for a long-term engagement supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). š Location: Remote (U.S. Based) š Start Date: August 15, 2026 š Initial End Date: Expected Extension into 2027 ā° Hours: 32ā40 hours/week š« WAR: Not Available š¹ Key Responsibilities: ⢠Lead SAM/HAM technical delivery activities ⢠Provide expert guidance and story refinement support ⢠Configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform during sprint cycles ⢠Mentor Platform Administrators and adjacent developers ⢠Support customer demonstrations and change management initiatives ⢠Serve as the Lead SAM Technical Consultant across the engagement š¹ Requirements: ⢠Strong ServiceNow ITAM experience with both HAM and SAM ⢠U.S. Citizen working on U.S. soil ⢠Public Trust Tier 4 Clearance (or willingness to obtain) ⢠Ability to complete VA onboarding requirements, including background investigation, fingerprinting, training, and onsite appointments as required ⢠Active CSA and CAD certifications preferred ā ļø Please note: VA onboarding typically takes 2ā3 months and includes issuance of a VA PIV card, government-furnished equipment, and access to the VA environment.
