Last week we had a workshop with our medical leadership team and Medical HR to embed the L.O.T.U.S. Compassionate Leadership Framework and Toolkit from NHS England here in Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust As part of launching our new policy, we are proud to be developing a compassionate and inclusive leadership culture when managing professional standards concerns, whilst at the same time ensuring medical excellence, effective governance and reducing inequalities.
