Yesterday we hosted our annual Housing lunch at King Street Townhouse, with 60 clients and colleagues coming together for a relaxed afternoon of networking and conversation. In a rare turn for Manchester, we were treated to sunshine, meaning our branded umbrellas had to quickly reinvent themselves as sun shades... Days like this are a good reminder of the breadth of work happening across the residential sector, and the importance of getting the fundamentals right, from early planning through to delivery.
