Drees & Sommer Polska is enlarging its team: We are pleased to welcome Przemysław Dąbrowski as our new Senior Project Manager in Warsaw In his new role, Przemysław will lead projects across the real estate and industrial sectors in Poland, while also contributing to international expert teams, including data center developments. Przemysław brings extensive, hands-on experience across the Polish market, from Warsaw, Katowice and Kraków to Gdynia, Lublin and Rzeszów, delivering projects for both local and international companies across office, residential, retail and public sectors. He offers strong end-to-end project management expertise, covering the entire process from initial concept, budgeting and tendering through design, execution and final handover. His background is particularly strong in fit-out and workplace projects, including large-scale office relocations and complex refurbishments. At the same time, he brings proven on-site execution and supervision experience, ensuring high-quality delivery from shell & core to turnkey. Przemysław is also experienced in stakeholder coordination, cost control and value engineering, supported by a strong foundation in construction management and HSE gained on major residential and public sector projects. Before joining Drees & Sommer, Przemysław successfully led and delivered a wide range of projects, from office fit-outs and workplace transformations to technical supervision, engineering services and construction site management.
