CEE Summit in Warsaw: Data Centres, AI Demand and the Next Growth Wave in CEE This week, Drees & Sommer Polska participated in The CEE Summit in Warsaw as an official partner🤝. Co-organised by Real Asset Media and The Poland Observer, it’s a leading real estate event connecting international investors and local decision-makers and discussing what’s next across all real estate asset classes in Central and Eastern Europe. Our team was represented by Christian Schiberl from our global Data Center team on the panel “Data Centres: Real Estate’s AI Revolution.” With demand for cloud computing, AI, and digital infrastructure accelerating, data centres are quickly becoming one of the most strategic real estate asset classes, also in Poland. The discussion focused on the factors currently shaping investment and development decisions, including power availability, scalability, and capital flows. 📈CEE is gaining attention: awareness and maturity around the sector are rising fast across the region. ⚡Power is the key constraint: grid capacity and delivery timelines are now central to site selection and project viability. 🏢 Poland’s momentum is real: the market has strong potential, even as many projects still sit between investor caution and operator risk exposure. 🎯The next few years will be decisive: they will shape how CEE positions itself within the wider European data centre landscape. We also appreciated the exclusive Warsaw Property Tour 🏙️ ahead of the summit. Represented by Michael Konopka and Patryk Sobczyk, we explored some of the city’s most promising real estate projects. Thank you to Real Asset Media for the excellent organization 👏, and for inviting us to be a partner of CEE Summit 2026. #CEESummit #RealEstate #DataCenters #DreesSommer
