🌴 Transforming Hospitality in Mallorca In Santa Ponsa, Mallorca, the former Hotel Club Santa Ponsa has been reimagined as the new Purobeach Resort Oasis del Mar, a 5‑star lifestyle destination that reflects the ever-evolving expectations of modern hospitality. The project integrates accommodation, leisure, and wellness into one cohesive concept.  The transformation was achieved through three key areas of the complex. The accommodation blocks were renovated to align with a more contemporary lifestyle offering. The spa and wellness facilities were completely redesigned and now form a central pillar of the guest experience. At the same time, the pool and outdoor areas, under the Purobeach concept, serve as the vibrant social heart of the resort. 🌊 Delivering such a comprehensive repositioning required a coordinated, end to end approach. From early advisory to execution, the project was driven by close collaboration between all stakeholders, including investor, operator, and design teams. 🤝 We supported the project across its entire lifecycle, providing Project Management, Cost Management, Technical and Environmental Due Diligence, ESG Consultancy, Construction Management, Employer’s Agent, and Design Management. By establishing clear interfaces and structured processes, we ensured alignment, transparency, and efficient delivery throughout.
