𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 🚧 For this project, DRDS took on both the project management and part of the contractor role. From the initial plans and budgets to the execution and final relocation, we managed and coordinated the entire process. Through weekly meetings, we kept all involved parties aligned to ensure the renovation and relocation were perfectly coordinated. The schedule was tight and the deadline fixed, which made quick decision-making and forward planning essential. Throughout the entire process, we fully supported and relieved the client of all concerns. During the project, walls were demolished and rebuilt, glass partitions were installed, floors were renewed, charging stations were added and complete meeting spaces were created. In addition, the entire building was equipped with new signage, access control, sun blinds and a renovated cafeteria. At the same time, the relocation of the existing furniture had to run smoothly without impacting the schedule.
