๐ƒ๐‘๐ƒ๐’ ๐“๐ž๐š๐ฆ ๐ƒ๐š๐ฒ! ๐Ÿค Last Tuesday was not about projects, schedules and construction sites. Instead, it was all about development, teamwork and, most importantly, having fun together. Together with Nanet, we explored the Circle of Influence and McClelland's Iceberg Model. Valuable insights, both on a personal level and as a team. Thank you for the inspiring training, Nanet Huitema-Stoelwinder. Of course, a DRDS team day would not be complete without a little competition. During "The Jack of All Trades" challenge, our colleagues gave it their all. In the end, Ruben took home the win. Coincidence? We'll leave that open for discussion. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Congratulations, Ruben Middag! After that, it was time for the Highland Games. With our Scottish team captains leading the way, there was plenty of competition, teamwork and laughter. This time, Team Thijs Smit claimed the victory. ๐Ÿ† We wrapped up the day with a great dinner at Brodshoes in Rijssen. It was also the perfect moment to celebrate a special milestone: 10 years of DRDS. Michelle Grolleman took us through some of the highlights of the past decade and gave special recognition to Gerrit Wijlhuizen, Kamel Bounaga and Rutger Siemerink for their contribution to the growth and success of DRDS. A great moment to look back on everything we have achieved together and look ahead to what is still to come. A day full of new insights, healthy competition and great company. Exactly the way we like it at DRDS. ๐Ÿ’ช
