🔝 Proud to share that a multidisciplinary EY Law and EY team supported UAE-based Al Ghurair Group / Taghleef Industries in acquiring Treofan Germany’s business out of insolvency. The EY team was led by Dr. Torsten Göcke, Linette Mirza Khanian and Alexander Gerdenitsch, CFA. Taghleef Industries is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of PP-based, biobased, and biodegradable films for flexible packaging, labels, graphic arts, decorative surfaces, and industrial applications. With the envisaged takeover, Treofan's business has a future in Saarland.
