Excited to share that we are organizing a 6-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Transformative Teaching Pedagogy for Future-Ready Classrooms” The FDP is designed to help educators reimagine teaching-learning practices in alignment with emerging educational needs, innovative pedagogical approaches, and AI-enabled learning environments. The program will focus on: ✅ Modern learner-centric pedagogy ✅ Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices ✅ Integration of SDG & Washington Knowledge (WK) perspectives ✅ Active learning and classroom engagement strategies ✅ Effective and responsible use of Generative AI tools ✅ Designing AI-resilient assessments aligned with NBA expectations ✅ Mindfulness and sustainable teaching practices One of the key highlights of the FDP is a hands-on multidisciplinary OBE activity, where participants will design Course Outcomes, frame assessment questions, and receive AI-guided feedback aligned with NBA and Outcome-Based Education frameworks. The FDP includes expert talks, pedagogy design studios, AI labs, curriculum mapping activities, and reflective learning sessions to support educators in building future-ready classrooms.
