My incredible team has been on the ground in the remote river basin areas of Subarnachar, executing a intensive 5-day campaign focused on IFC (Individual Farmers Contact) for cucurbit farmers. The roads are heavily damaged, completely muddy, and reaching these communities requires sheer grit. Yet, while the roads are broken, my team’s spirit is absolutely unshakeable. Seeing them navigate these conditions to deliver crucial agricultural knowledge fills me with immense pride. My role goes beyond just monitoring timelines and metrics from the back end—it is about empowering them with the resources, confidence, and unwavering support they need to push through every obstacle. When a team knows their leader has their back, no village is too remote and no road is too difficult.
