As I wrap up my first semester at IILM University, Greater Noida, I find myself filled with gratitude and reflection. Teaching both BBA and MBA students over these past months has been an incredibly enriching journey, one that has helped me grow not only as an academician, but also as an individual. Every classroom discussion, interaction, presentation, and curious question became a learning experience in itself. This institution will always hold a special place in my heart because it gave me my very first opportunity to step into academia with confidence and responsibility. I am deeply thankful to Nihar Amoncar PhD Sir, for his constant guidance, encouragement, and support throughout this journey. A heartfelt thanks as well to Dr. Neeta Mathur Ma'am, for her support during my time here. Looking forward to continuing this journey of learning, teaching, and growing.
