What an honor it was to spend the day with an incredible team of counselors, interventionists, social workers, academic coaches, mentors, literacy coaches, assistant principals, and our OLAS and OASIS staff for a powerful RTI workshop focused on what matters most—our students. We established common language and deepened our understanding of tiers of support. This workshop was a foundational first step toward continuous support to help every student succeed. Grateful for the collaboration, expertise, and shared commitment in the room.
