šŸ“Œ CT PNS demonstrating complete opacification of the right maxillary sinus. šŸ“Œ Histopathology (H&E) showing fungal hyphae, with GMS staining confirming an Aspergillus fungal ball. The patient was advised endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)but chose standalone Ayurvedic treatment. After 45 days, the patient has experienced marked clinical improvement without surgery or systemic antifungal medication. A follow-up CT scan is planned after 90 days to objectively assess the radiological response. We believe every well-documented case contributes to scientific discussion and encourages further research into conservative management approaches for selected patients in Fungal Sinusitis.
