خالص التعازي وصادق المواساة إلى قيادة وشعب دولة قطر الشقيقة في وفاة المغفور له بإذن الله الشيخ حمد بن خليفة بن حمد آل ثاني، والد حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمير دولة قطر. نسأل الله تعالى أن يتغمد الفقيد بواسع رحمته، وأن يسكنه فسيح جناته، وأن يلهم سمو الأمير والأسرة الكريمة والشعب القطري الشقيق الصبر والسلوان. كما تجسد هذه الصورة أسمى معاني الأخوة والتضامن، حيث يقف صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، رئيس دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، حفظه الله، إلى جانب أخيه في لحظة إنسانية صادقة، تعكس عمق العلاقات التاريخية والأخوية التي تجمع دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ودولة قطر. إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون. My deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the leadership and people of the State of Qatar on the passing of the late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani, father of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar. May Almighty Allah grant the deceased His infinite mercy, bless him with the highest place in Paradise, and grant His Highness, the Royal Family, and the people of Qatar patience, strength, and comfort during this difficult time.
