🚀 A big milestone worth sharing! It’s been a bit quiet here lately — and for good reason. When you’re planning for scale in 2026, driving multiple deliveries, and growing the team (👋 always on the hunt for great talent!), focus naturally shifts inward. But today, I want to pause and say a heartfelt thank you. 💙 Two weeks ago, we officially launched our first agentic system for a trusted stakeholder — a journey that started with the “simple” idea of moving from single‑shot prompts to true agentic behavior. And now… it’s live. ✨ This journey has been full of learning: 🤖 Why code‑based agents? 🧱 Which framework should we rely on? 📊 Why do we need a golden dataset? 🧪 How should evaluations work? 👥 And importantly: who owns what, and how do we follow up? And that’s only the technology side. Rolling out a solution like this has a major people component as well — ensuring transparency, alignment, and trust across all colleagues involved. 🌟 I’ve had the chance to go through quite a few go‑lives already — but this one feels special. It was: 🔇 noiseless ⏱️ with no downtime 🛠️ with quick fix‑forward mentality … and delivered with an incredible sense of ownership.
