New chapter, new buildings, new faces. I’ve just started my new role as Team Lead within the Diagnostics division at Roche.   It’s only been day one, but it already gave me a great gut feeling. A huge thank you to my peers Kay Brinkmann and Kroeh Jessica and my manager Kristina Kueper for the warm welcome, both in advance and on my first day, and for making me feel right at home from the very start. Also, thanks to Magdalena Holzer for immediately sharing some helpful practical tips. You can truly feel the open, friendly, and collaborative culture here. It’s a great environment to dive into.   Since I'm based at the Penzberg site, I’d love to connect with colleagues nearby. If you’re working at Roche in Penzberg, just shoot me a message.
