Six countries. One conference room. A lot of honest conversations😅. Last week, HR teams from Dr. Max Italia, Dr. Max Romania, Dr.Max Česko, Dr. Max Slovensko, Dr.Max Polska and Dr. Max Srbija met in Italy, hosted by Alessandro Urbani together with Filip Jičínský, for something we don't do often enough: actually sit together.   Not webinars. Not slide decks sent by email. Real conversations about what's working, what's hard and what we're still figuring out, from workforce planning to employer branding to equal pay. What struck us most wasn't the agenda. It was what happened between the agenda points.
