Pride Month is a chance to celebrate our LGBTQIA+ colleagues and communities, learn from one another, and reinforce a culture where everyone belongs. What matters most is that many of our people feel confident and supported in sharing their LGBTQIA+ identity. It’s a powerful reflection of the inclusive culture we’re continuing to build at Dr. Martens, and something we know isn’t always the case across global organisations.
