My roots taught me resilience, passion, curiosity, and the importance of education and perseverance. My journey in Germany gave me opportunities, to grow, innovate, and lead. Today, as Head of Department, I see every day how innovation thrives when different perspectives, cultures, and experiences come together. The strongest teams are not built on identical backgrounds, they are built on complementary strengths. Our roots define our values. Our wings determine how far we can go.
