Coaching, Fortbildung, Beratung mit Herz und Verstand - für Führungskräfte und Teams

Last night, I had the privilege to attend an inspiring conversation with Nipun Mehta, the global advocate for giftivism and kindness. He suggests that impact equals actions divided by ego. The less self-centered we are — or dare to be — the more effective, lasting, and ultimately fruitful our actions become, for both humanity and nature. For him, every small act of kindness reaches beyond the here and now, beyond the ordinary. While the full scope of this idea may be hard to grasp, many would agree that both business effectiveness and individual wellbeing flourish when people move beyond self-interest and contribute to something greater than their immediate tasks and needs. Genuine compassion and generosity can create true win–win situations. Yet, as Nipun reminds us, growing in compassion requires deep inner work. It challenges us to transcend our fears and wounds. How can we create work environments that allow people to learn, to give, and to grow safely? How can we ensure that vulnerability is not ridiculed or exploited — but valued as a path to collective strength? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Many thanks to Johannes Narbeshuber for the invitation!
