Excited to share that I’m stepping into a new role as Executive Head of Trading. Our ambition is to exceed expectations with our regulated, efficient, and robust setup built for institutions. 📈 The crypto market is maturing with more resilient infrastructure, increasingly sophisticated participants, and clearer regulatory frameworks, alongside a stronger focus on best execution, transparency, and risk management. 🌱 Personal growth: trading leadership remains a constant learning curve: delivering market-leading buy and sell prices 24/7, building strong teams, continuously improving processes, and staying humble in a market that never stops evolving.
