Born on April 25, in Port-au-Prince at the Chancerelles Hospital (Isaïe Jeanty) to a father who was a lawyer (Me Boniface Alexandre) and a mother who was a magistrate from the commune of Thomazeau (C. Dorcely). After classical studies at Collège Saint Louis de Gonzague, he obtained his baccalaureate at 17 years old…. he flew to France for medical studies while also pursuing, in parallel, a double course in economics and a master's degree in law at the Sorbonne Paris I. With a specialization in a doctorate in dermatology at Saint Antoine Hospital in Paris VI (Université Paris 6 Pierre et Marie Curie), he completed it with a DESS and a medical research doctorate at the University Paris Diderot(7) VII … He completed several internships at the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), at the National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM), at Kremlin Bicetre Hospital. In 2004 he entered diplomacy, at the Mission of Haiti in Geneva to the United Nations and to the WTO and at the Mission to the United Nations in Vienna, Austria to defend Haiti's interests and promote his country… He studied diplomacy at UNITAR in Geneva, Switzerland, and participated in numerous seminars at IHEID ; Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies or Geneva Graduate Institute)… He became minister-counselor chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of Haiti in Switzerland in Geneva… then was transferred to the Embassy of Haiti in Italy, before trying his luck in the 2015 presidential elections where he ranked 19th out of 54 candidates. After this failure, he returned to diplomacy at the Embassy of Haiti in Germany before being transferred in Italy as Minister-Counselor. He's son of the former president of Haïti, Boniface Alexandre, who passed away, August 4, 2023, at the age of 87. Boniface Alexandre served as both the president of the Supreme Court and the provisional president of the Republic of Haiti from 2004 to 2006.
