I am very excited to share that we have entered into a definitive agreement with Solarpark Blautal GmbH to acquire its 90% stake in centrotherm international AG. It marks our third investment in Europe and the first in Germany. Stemming from the excellent collaboration of Ardian Semiconductor with SILIAN PARTNERS, it highlights our continued commitment to supporting innovative companies within the European semiconductor value chain.
