--you can't reinvent the wheel, but you can optimize it

Just because we’ve always done it this way doesn’t mean it’s still the best way. For decades, this was taught — not because it was optimal, but because it was the only available solution. Today, we have the opportunity to rethink surgical ergonomics. Less physical strain. More intuitive hand–eye coordination. Better focus on the patient instead of the instrument. Innovation doesn’t always mean changing the procedure. Sometimes, it means improving the way we interact with our instruments. That was the idea behind the LEO System: Supporting the surgeon — not replacing the surgeon. Because better ergonomics lead to better control. And better control benefits everyone. Until now. Today, a new standard begins. Innovation begins when we stop accepting unnecessary limitations. #Surgery #Urology #Gynecology #Endoscopy #Resectoscopy #MedTech #MedicalInnovation #SurgicalInnovation #Ergonomics #HumanFactors #OperatingRoom #MedicalEducation #Training #Innovation #FutureOfSurgery #LEOMAS #LEOClick #EGON #MadeInGermany #Engineering
