Trade fairs are often measured by visitor numbers, meetings or new leads.   I look at them a little differently.   The most valuable conversations are the ones that help you understand where an industry is heading and what customers will need next. After GreenTech Amsterdam, I sat down with my colleague Rauno Pokall to reflect on what we heard across the horticulture market. One message came through consistently: customers are no longer looking for individual components.
