Taking part in last week’s Swiss-Viet Economic Forum in Zurich was a powerful reminder of how much untapped potential lies in Southeast Asia – and how important personal dialogue is to unlocking it. What impressed me most were the conversations beyond numbers: about #trust, #sharedvalues, and a new generation of #partnerships based on mutual interesting and long-term #commitment. Vietnam’s position as one of the world’s top six destinations for #IToutsourcing – thanks to a highly skilled workforce, cost efficiency, strong innovation capacity, and increasing intercultural fluency – is more than just a statistic. It reflects a mindset shift, and an opportunity for those who are willing to build bridges across ecosystems and cultures. Sincere thanks to the organizers for inviting Mercury Brain , and to all inspiring people I had the opportunity to meet and exchange with - including Agnieszka Korczak Quyen Nguyen An Mai Aaron Dettwiler My Van Le Jing Li Hung Truong Michael Paschka Stefan Brupbacher Tuan Phung Anh Ivo Sieber Joao Garcia Trang Fernandez-Leenknecht and to a truly inspiring Vietnamese business community behind it all. These insights will continue to shape my work – and the conversations we build going forward.
