🔍 Advancing Metallurgical Recycling with Multidimensional Optimization Today at the #Extraction2025 - #Copper2025 in Phoenix-USA, I had the pleasure of presenting our work: “The Potential of Multidimensional Modelling Techniques for Advanced Process Control in Metallurgical Recycling Processes.” A key highlight was the BlueControl optimizer — our AI-enhanced, physics-based decision engine that brings real-time intelligence into copper refining. BlueControl enables: • Higher & more stable metal recovery • Lower energy demand • Faster, data-driven refining decisions • Early detection of uncertainties and composition errors the current version already shows how digital tools can truly modernize pyrometallurgy and link process control with environmental and economic performance.
