It’s a wrap! 🎓✨ Yesterday, I successfully defended my dissertation titled „Structuring the Unstructured: Designing AI-Based & Interactive Environments for Negotiation Training“! Over the past four years, I had the opportunity to dive deeply into the field of negotiation training, with a special focus on optimizing the preparation phase. A huge thank you especially to my supervisor and first reviewer Matthias Söllner, who made this journey possible. I‘m also grateful to my second and third reviewer, Edona Elshan and Christoph Seckler, for their time and valuable feedback. And I appreciate the support of all examiners who joined my defense. Finally, thanks to all colleagues, students, and participants I worked with over the past years - your input contributed a lot to this project. During this time, I was able to present my work at several international conferences, which was particularly valuable thanks to the people I met and the feedback I received. 🌎 I’m grateful for this exciting experience and ready for the next steps. 🚀
