A beautiful, spontaneous, and simple encounter brought together His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and a young resident who wrote him a personal letter expressing his love for Dubai, where he lives with his friends. The child described Dubai as his home country, the UAE.
