We’re delighted to share that Osborne Clarke Germany has advised Foresight Group led by Charlie Wright and Moritz Ilg and KIS KB German Wind Energy Fund on the sale of a German onshore #windfarmportfolio with a total installed capacity of 51 MW to Enel Green Power Germany 🌬️⚡ 🚀 The portfolio comprises the approx. 45 MW Krackow wind farm in Mecklenburg‑Western Pomerania (15 WTGs) and the approx. 5 MW Seubersdorf wind farm in Bavaria (2 WTGs) – established assets that are making a strong contribution to Germany’s #energytransition through stable, #renewablepower generation. 🌱 Foresight Group is a leading #fundsmanager in sustainable infrastructure with a focus on #renewableenergy and #environmentalinfrastructure projects, while KIS KB German Wind Energy Fund is a Korean special fund dedicated to German wind energy investments.
