#Publication_update Dear all Connections, I am pleased to share the latest research article titled "Sustainable synthesis and physicochemical characterization of xylan-based pH-sensitive hydrogels", published in reputed journal "Next Materials"(IF: 4.7). The biodegradable nature of hydrogels is highly promising especially in drug delivery apart from use as fertilizer carrier and in making edible films for packaging foods. In the current study, xylan-based hydrogels were synthesized via a free-radical graft copolymerization reaction. The research was taken in concordance with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)− 3, which emphasizes "Good Health and Well-being”. Also, it aligns with the recently approved BioE3 policy (Biotechnology for Economy, Environment, and Employment), which supports the biomanufacturing of precision therapeutics tailored to meet individual patients' needs. Congratulations and heartful thanks to all the collaborators, particularly Dr. Samit Kumar and Prof. Narayan Mishra Sir for putting their valuable efforts to make this work meaningful. Looking forward towards more such wonderful collaborations.
