Chief Quality Officer at Opella - Love to Lead Transformation in People and Organizations
After 18 years, it’s time to turn the page… The month of August marks the end of an incredible chapter, 18 years with Beiersdorf, that has shaped not only my career but also who I am as an individual, colleague and leader. From the early days in the Waldheim factory, where we implemented the Continuous Improvement Process, moving to the Near East region, building factories and resilience! from the ground up, to leading Quality in manufacturing and distribution across Europe and North America. Living these experiences has been transformative. More importantly, I’ve had the honor of working with some of the most dedicated, smart, and inspiring people across Beiersdorf. THANK YOU for the collaboration, the challenges, the shared wins and laughs! And, I’m incredibly proud of what we built together.
