Public Statement: Immediate Threat to Life and Safety I am writing this post to place on the public record a grave and ongoing threat to my life. I, Apoorv Dwivedi, make this statement with full responsibility to ensure that in the event of any harm befalling me, the facts and identities of those responsible are documented. For some time, I have been targeted by my wife, Sapna Pandey, her brother Shailesh Pandey, and her brother-in-law Nilesh Pandey. To date, there have been three attempts on my life. The Core Dispute These attempts stem from a property dispute where I have refused to relinquish my rightful legal claims. When their agenda to coerce me failed, they resorted to violence. Having failed to eliminate me physically, they have now instituted several false family court matters as a secondary tactic of harassment. Systemic Corruption and Money Laundering Nilesh Pandey, a builder, is actively involved in laundering black money through a network of shell trusts and entities. Alongside his father, Vijay Shankar Pandey, he is engaged in insider trading and large-scale financial irregularities. A detailed dossier of these activities has already been submitted to the Economic Offences Wing (EOW), the GST Department, and the Income Tax Department. Political Interference and Manipulation These individuals leverage local political connections to subvert the rule of law. A prime example is the manipulation of FIR Crime No. 0619/2025 at Police Station KOLAR BHOPAL, relating to a tragic accident on October 17, 2025, which claimed the lives of two Class 11 students. Through political influence: • The name of a local leader, Akhilesh Shukla, was kept out of the FIR. • The age of the accused (their son Nirvan Pandey) was misrepresented as 16 years, despite him being 17 years and 2 months old at the time of the incident. Legal Recourse I have repeatedly sought protection from the authorities: • Complaints were filed at PS Misrod, which were dismissed as a "family dispute." • Formal letters have been sent to the Superintendent of Police (SP) and the SHO via post. • I have instituted a criminal complaint against the aforementioned individuals. As an Advocate, I am fully prepared to defend myself and my family within the hallowed halls of the judiciary. However, the physical threat to my life is immediate and real. This post serves as a record of evidence.
