Recently, our International Talent Development Program cohort came together for the final step of their nine-month journey. Throughout the program, the participants from nine countries developed future-ready skills, business acumen, and a global mindset, learning from each other along the way and supported by experienced leaders across the business. 🚀 The final highlight was a “Shark Tank” format, where they presented their ideas to senior leaders, engaging in open discussions and responding to questions. 🤝 What stood out most was how the group worked together - supporting, challenging, and reflecting with one another. A good reminder that progress often happens together, not alone.
