⭐From remote communities to real opportunities⭐ In Townsville, NRL Cowboys House is changing what’s possible for young Indigenous students by creating a place to live, learn and grow that’s far from home but deeply connected to culture and community. Downer is proud to play a small but meaningful role through our partnership with NRL Cowboys House, opening doors to apprenticeships, employment opportunities and a future beyond school, with participants supporting the delivery of essential estate services under the PAS contract at RAAF Townsville and Lavarack Barracks. For students like Tahliyah and Kentaro, it’s more than support. It’s a pathway to confidence, independence and opportunity.
