⚡ Delivering complex, time-critical work in live environments comes down to careful planning and strong partnerships. At Orana High School in Coffs Harbour, we partnered with School Infrastructure NSW to resolve critical power capacity constraints ahead of upcoming upgrades, all while keeping the school running as normal. Across 10 buildings, electrical upgrades were completed in just four weeks. With staged shutdowns, careful scheduling around school hours, and close coordination on the ground, the team minimised disruption for students and staff. The works were delivered ahead of schedule, without a single safety incident.
