One of the best parts of my job is getting to visit teams in the field. After more than 180 sites, I’ve had the privilege of meeting thousands of Amazonians. I love learning about the amazing things they’re working on, celebrating their successes, and thanking them for everything they do for our customers. And those visits have now inspired something new.
