I'm happy to announce that my fellow co-founder Martin von Willebrand will start as a full-time CEO of Double Open as of today. Having Martin as a CEO will allow him to focus on customers and sales, while I'll be able to focus on technical matters in my continued role as a CTO. Additionally, I'll become a member of the board of directors at Double Open. To me, having Martin as our CEO is the most natural fit, considering the vision of Double Open and Martin's earlier engagements as a law firm partner in the #OpenSource landscape, as well as in technology and sustainability law areas. Quoting Martin, "Software and systems are everywhere. Humans must understand the systems we build and increasingly depend on.
