Today, in our #InsideDornier series, we’d like to introduce someone who proves that learning never stops, that throughout your career, you continue to grow and acquire new skills. Meet Viktoriia Naumenko and find out what drives her! 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂? I work on international mobility and freight projects, contributing to everything from data analysis and strategy development to managing project deliverables. This includes structuring complex topics, coordinating with stakeholders and team, and turning ideas into practical results. What makes it special for me is being part of projects that improve the transport systems of cities, countries and regions. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲. I joined Dornier as a student, and it was my first experience working in an international project environment. From the beginning, I was excited to contribute to projects with a real impact on how transport systems operate. It felt meaningful to be involved at such an early stage in my career. What made me stay, though, was the supportive team and the sense that you can rely on people in your team and grow together over time. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿? I’ve learned how to approach complex and new topics in a structured and solution-oriented way. Over time, I’ve grown from supporting individual tasks to taking responsibility for entire projects, which strengthened my analytical thinking, communication, and ability to prioritize. I’m still learning with every project, and that ongoing development is part of what makes the work so engaging for me. Working across different countries has also broadened my perspective and reinforced the importance of teamwork and understanding different ways of working. It’s inspiring to hear how, even after all these years, she remains curious and strives to continue growing both personally and professionally. Stay tuned to find out who we’ll be featuring next. #DornierGroup #CareerJourney #Career #BetterTogether #Sustainability #Engineering #InsideLahmeyer
