YES, WE made it! Terminal 3 makes one thing very clear: results like these are never achieved by individuals alone – they are achieved by teams. Having had the privilege to lead and steer the Passenger Experience Journey, I’ve seen firsthand how decisive it is to bring the right people together. To me, it’s a bit like football: different roles, different strengths, clear positioning – and leadership that enables the team to play together. Strategy, design, implementation, and operations must interlock if you want outstanding results in a short period of time. Always for a shared goal. Always for the team. Success is a collective achievement. This is how summer fairy tales are created – and perhaps, in our case, a German airport fairy tale in 2026. This is the spirit of collaborative, strength‑based leadership I want to continue to foster: Experience Leadership as the foundation for surprising and outstanding product experiences, consistently centered around customer needs.
