Happy to see our work highlighted in The Scientist: “AI-Powered Whole-Body Maps Expose Obesity’s Systemic Toll.” 😄 To capture the systemic impact of obesity, we combined tissue clearing, light-sheet imaging and deep learning to map changes in inflammation and the peripheral nervous system across entire mouse bodies. This work highlights the power of whole-body approaches to reveal disease mechanisms that may remain hidden in single-organ analyses.
