🚀 Turning Strategy into Tangible Results | MIGSO-PCUBED – Experts in Project Delivery & Business Impact
Robotics is no longer a tech conversation. It’s an execution race. Great discussion at French Tech San Francisco with Claire Delaunay, Regis Vincent, Elisa de Martel, Laurent Hautefeuille, and Jesse Debban moderating ; very grounded, very real! Thanks to Sophie Rougerie and the French Tech SF team for putting together such a high-quality group and conversation. A few things that stood out: • The US vs China narrative is misleading, it’s really about who industrializes faster • Waymo is the benchmark: not the best tech initially, but unmatched discipline on time-to-market and real-world deployment • Everyone can build a POC. Almost no one can scale it safely • The real barriers are not algorithms, they’re data loops, operations, regulation, and integration into messy environments And behind all of this: people who have been pushing the same vision for 10+ years, long before it was trendy... If hardest part is not building the tech, so it is making it work in the real world, consistently, at scale. Across sites. Across teams. Across constraints. We’ve seen the same pattern in other industries. When things start to scale, what matters is not innovation anymore. It’s structure, coordination, and discipline in execution. A concrete example of what that looks like in practice with MIGSO-PCUBED: https://lnkd.in/gA5RXxkf Innovation is no longer the bottleneck. Execution is. And that’s where the real gap, and value, sits. #Robotics #AI #Execution #Scale #FrenchTech #SanFrancisco Valérie Brisset, Florian Dèbes, Raphaël Abbou, Camille Pegat-Toquet, Frédéric Neema, Nicolas Cazeneuve, Victor Nouvellet, Guillaume Kempf
