This year Munich hit us with brutal heat , but I am still leaving energized. The smarter E always reminds me why I never left the industry. Because of the constantly growing women power (and yes, also men power). I am very lucky to work alongside founders, innovators, investors, policy minds, comms leads who keep showing up sharper and bolder every single year. Together we helped the sector grow up, from feed-in tariff debates to the flexibility and storage era we're building now. They are the reason this work still feels like the right work.
