In fact, expect an intensification of strategic competition and partnership around data centers. 3. Expect it to be the most critical element of geopolitics and diplomacy. 4. Meanwhile, I see tremendous distributed opportunities to localize and regionalize AI models and AI infrastructure. Pay close attention to where China-partnered and other data centers are built or being built. 5. And this will really depend on how much governance we have on data security.
