Driving client success through strategic communication and operational excellence

Down 29 points. Most teams fold. The Knicks didn't. The most productive teams I've been on operated the same way — all in, together. Back in my middleware days, if someone needed my arm, I knew it was coming back the moment they were done. That's trust built in real time — closing competitive deals, surviving Murphy's Law in the tech world, debriefing after the bid deal calls without losing. No one is perfect. But as Jalen Brunson said, the play that defined their championship wasn't a game-winner. It was a missed layup — and what happened next. "Get up. We're good. Next play." That's culture. That's leadership. That's 0-0. Ted Lasso called it "be a goldfish."; because a goldfish only has a ten-second memory. Peter Kang calls it creating a future bigger than the past. I call it playing full out with your team. My friend Ella Whitley from my middleware days said it best: "You gotta stay in it to win it." https://lnkd.in/d-pWywrn 
