One of Québec's biggest companies, by their own words. Vidéotron, TVA, Le Journal de Montréal, illico+, 10,000+ employees. Yet the corporate homepage opens on "the corporation at a glance", the legendary brands sit in the footer, and the social button still says Twitter. I rebuilt their homepage as a concept: their real headline front and center ("Le quotidien de millions de Québécois se fabrique ici"), careers as the single primary CTA, and the brands promoted to page one with their real logos. Lighthouse mobile: 98 (median), accessibility 100. Every second of load-time delay can send up to 14% more visitors away. Even an empire loses readers to a slow page.
